Shipping policy
Where we ship
South Fork Collection currently ships to the United States and Canada.
United States: Standard shipping is free. Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after production.
Canada: Standard shipping is a flat $10 USD, converted to the customer’s local currency at checkout. Transit is estimated at 5–15 business days after production. Customs processing can cause additional delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges collected by Canadian authorities or the delivery carrier.
Production time
Our pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately:
- Woven blankets: 3–5 business days
- Wall tapestries: 6–8 business days
- Woven ponchos: 6–8 business days
- Woven tote bags: 5–7 business days
Production time is separate from the transit estimates above.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other events outside our control can affect delivery timing.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at southforkcollection@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.
